MY PRACTICE
I believe that people intuitively know what they need to heal themselves. I am a conduit and a guide to help you work through the healing process.
I enjoy working with older teens and adults who are ready to address troublesome issues.
I specialize in:

I use a variety of methods for treatment depending on your style and your goals. These might include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Client Centered and Strength Based Strategies, Trauma Informed Strategies, Mindfulness, Solution Focused Therapy, among others.
I also use alternative, spiritual practices such as Energy Healing and Card Reading as requested.

MY STORY
I've been in the counselling/therapy field for 30 years. I've worked with adults, teens and children in a variety of settings. I've loved my work in parenting and parent education. I've spent many years working in schools alongside teachers and school staff, assisting with behaviour concerns and mental health difficulties. My most recent work has been with children and adolescents as a Mental Health Therapist.
My own spiritual awakening experience has allowed me to discover how valuable it can be to incorporate spirituality and soul level work into my coaching and therapy practice. I absolutely love my energy healing and intuitive reading sessions, and find it to be an amazing addition to my practice.
I am so excited to continue on with my coaching and counselling journey. I love my work and can't wait to see how it continues to evolve through the years.
I have two grown up children, one in Calgary and one in Vancouver. I grew up in Southern Alberta and have lived all over the province. In the summer, I can be found on the golf course or chasing waterfalls. In the winter, I just try to stay warm...
