This course is for people who maybe have never tried therapy before but want to get a taste of what it might be like. My hope is that it would open the door for them to see a therapist, or even continue healing on their own. It can be daunting to start a process like therapy, especially if you have some fears around facing difficult emotions. It’s really the fear of the unknown that holds most people back.


These sessions are for anyone who wants to feel more joy and less pain on a daily basis. We all have wounds, so this is for anyone who wants to work on healing those wounds and feeling free of them. Our wounds affect our relationships, our self-esteem and self-worth, how we go about living our lives. These sessions are for anyone who wants to live a better life, emotionally, mentally, physically, socially, and spiritually.
